Jack Mingo is a hell of a guy. Prolific
and highly respected freelance writer and author of "a bunch of books",
Jack is never too busy to feed good advice (with a cherry on top) to his
many fans. That "bunch of books" includes the best-selling Couch Potato
Handbook and The Whole Pop Catalog, as well as eight other
non-fiction and funny books. Jack has written hundreds of articles for
various print media and has often appeared on radio and TV.
Jack is the creator of the term "Couch Potato" (yes, it's true). He lives in Alameda, California with his lovely family.
